Hamilton Farmers’ Market
Running since 1837, and currently connected to Jackson Square Mall, this market is often a new discovery to most McMaster students. Find all the freshest fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, poultry and bread here for usually knock-out prices. The Hamilton Farmers’ Market is THE destination for students looking for big bang on their grocery bucks.
Open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (often with live music in the mornings), a weekend visit provides you with the full bustling market experience. And if low prices, local foods and fresh produce isn’t enough, the market is indoors and is open all year round.
