Trick or Eat
Trick or Eat is a food equality initiative that lets you collect non-perishable food for those in our community who most need it, while going door to door in costume! Dress up flirty, scary, or funny and come on out to help a great cause! You can participate as an individual or in a group of your own choosing.
MAC Bread Bin and the McMaster chapter of Meal Exchange, in partnership with Meal Exchange Canada, are hosting this year’s Trick or Eat. This Hallowe’en evening Monday October 31st will be meeting starting at 5pm in the MUSC atrium and will be sending out different groups with shopping carts and route maps to collect canned food donations from all around the area surrounding McMaster campus. Different groups can come at different times to complete their routes, until the event finishes at 9pm.
The food you collect will be distributed to Living Rock Ministries, a local food bank and shelter, as well as to Mac Bread Bin’s cause.
