In Our Own Backyard: Communities and Universities Tackling Poverty Together

On Wednesday, October 17, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m in Council Chambers (Gilmour Hall 111) we invite you to participate in an event that will open your mind and your eyes to the possibilities of community/university engagement. The event will feature speakers from across Canada who will explore ways in which Universities can contribute to poverty reduction in the communities where they live and serve.


 With an introduction by Patrick Deane, President and Vice-Chancellor
