Hamiltonians Helping Hamilton

part2.03030203.08000802@mcmaster.caWhat better way is there to kick off exam season than with a discussion on relevant community issues?

The McMaster University Labour Studies Certificate Program and the Hamilton & District Labour Council have collaborated to produce a ‘community teach-in’ on major social, economic and political challenges currently facing labourers, Hamilton, and Ontario as a whole.

It brings together union and community activists, researchers, and students for a day of discussion, presentations, and workshops exploring issues related to government austerity measures and  the impact of these on community wellbeing.

So if you’re not too busy studying for exams tomorrow, check out this cool event! Registration is online or a phone call away. See the poster for more details.
