Change Camp: Hamilton Edition
On Tuesday, February 4th 2014, McMaster Student Union’s Student Community Support Network (SCSN) is going to be hosting CHANGE CAMP in Hamilton City Hall from 6:00- 7:30pm. The goal of this participant- driven unconference is to bring together members of the Hamilton and McMaster communities to engage in discussions on relevant issues that affect us all. There will be opening remarks and 5 groups will be set up for facilitated conversations on a variety of topics related to the University and the community.
The topics include:
- Arts in the Community
- Downtown Renewal
- Mental Health
- Accessibility & Equity
The ideas, conflicts and collaborations generated from this event will then be disseminated among the University and community as a resource and platform for change. We would like to invite YOU to come out and share your perspective, engage with these issues and build connections within the community. ALL ARE WELCOME to participate in this event.
Refreshments will be provided.
