Explore Hamilton’s Vibrant Neighbourhoods

In a partnership with McMaster University, CoBALT Connects is conducting a study for our Expressing Vibrancy project meant to determine what makes a neighbourhood a culturally “vibrant” place and are looking for upwards of 500 participants of various ages and backgrounds from Hamilton to contribute their time and thoughts. This one-time opportunity is happening in May, and involves an audience experience at McMaster University’s new LIVE Lab.

CoBALT Connects is looking for participants to come to the LIVELab, a unique theatre style lab, in groups of about 100 people. There you will see images, videos, or hear sounds that you would see normally in the City of Hamilton. While those are being presented, you would be asked to make judgments or provide responses on a computer tablet.

The whole experience should take about two and a half hours. The cost of on-campus parking for participants travelling by car or bus tickets will be provided.

The dates and times for these sessions are:
1. Tuesday, May 20th – 10am

2. Wednesday, May 21st – 7pm

3. Thursday, May 22nd – 1pm

4. Thursday, May 22nd – 7pm

5. Friday, May 23rd – 11am
6. Saturday, May 24th – 11am

If you are interested in participating, please contact: Karen Reiner at info@expressingvibrancy.ca or via telephone at 905 777 0787 with the date and time that works best for you.
